These terms govern your use of FlowDesk (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
FlowDesk is an AI-native task workspace. We provide it on an ongoing basis and may update features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Solo is free. Pro is offered on a per-seat subscription (currently $12 / seat / month) and may include a free trial. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by Stripe.
AI Dispatch and related features generate results that may be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. Free plans include a monthly AI usage allowance; bring-your-own-key uses your own provider account and terms.
You own the content you put into FlowDesk. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. We own the FlowDesk software, brand, and the open protocol/specs we publish. We claim no ownership of your data.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlowDesk is established. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
